The Director will work to enhance all aspects of clinical programming in their assigned program(s), and will ensure the overall effective operation of SMA's clinical service delivery continuum. The Director will have responsibility for coordination and oversight of all internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with all governing authorities. The Director will also ensure the overall clinical efficiency of their program(s) through development and implementation of goals, procedures, projects, and schedules which are consistent with the Strategic Plan and the needs of the client population. This position will have on call as needed outside of business hours.

This position is responsible for developing and providing intervention and prevention services to identified at-risk youth. Work will involve coordinating prevention activities to include providing evidence-based prevention groups to at risk children and adolescents. Supports the agency's Intervention and Prevention program through outreach activities to identify children referred by the school system, the sheriff's office, the court system and Juvenile Justice, along with establishing inter-agency relationships. Follows the agency's prevention plan to assure community needs are being met. Understands HIPAA compliance, community connections, and clinical documentation.

The Service Contract Supervisor is responsible for supervising individuals with or without disabling conditions and functional limitations while they perform janitorial and/or landscaping tasks specific to a single contract site. Work involves responsibility for a yearly budget and supervision of numerous client employees/non client employees. Employee is responsible for scheduling, hiring, training and overall supervision of contract employees; inventory control; planning; assigning tasks and instructing staff. Employee is expected to perform direct labor duties as needed. Assignments are typically received in the form of general instructions with the expectation to organize the details of the assignment and carry them through to completion.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs basic nursing functions. Work is performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations. The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for verifying client insurance coverage and determining if services are covered by an individual's insurance provider. This position requires professionals to spend extensive amounts of time on the phone with insurance companies. The Insurance Verification Specialist is additionally responsible for entering data in an accurate manner, updating client benefit information in the organization's EMR, and verifying that existing information is accurate. This position requires communication of co-pay/co-insurance information, deductible information, prior authorization and/or authorization requirements to appropriate SMA staff. The Insurance Verification Specialist will also assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

The Screener is responsible for responding to emergency and walk-in cases at their assigned location. Responsibilities include triaging and assisting in accessing treatment services; completing screenings to include diagnostic and treatment recommendations for the court system, Child Welfare system, probation system, and other providers in the area; and coordinating with other agencies to assist the client's needs. The Screener will provide professional clinical services to all assigned clients in an outpatient setting who are experiencing problems with substance abuse and/or mental health. Services may be provided to children, adolescents, and(or) adults with mental health and(or) substance abuse issues and who also may be in psychiatric crisis. Services may be provided in jail or in a psychiatric inpatient The Screener is expected to perform a minimum number of units of service per month.
